Vegan Cooking Workshop

Our five-night vegan cooking workshop is for you!
Plan your workshop around the dates that are convenient for you. We work with you to ensure we’re making the types of dishes that interest you the most.
Topics can include:
- Nut milks and vegan cheeses
- Pastas and whole grains
- Guatemalan dishes
- Sauces and dips
- International specialties
- Living foods and dehydrating
We’ll explore local markets, visit picturesque villages, and see some of the spectacular sites of Guatemala.
Your workshop tuition includes a spacious room with private bath, all meals, instruction, hands-on time in the kitchen, health information, recipe booklet, and guided tours of Lake Atitlan. Our all-inclusive vegan cooking workshop is a bargain at $1200 for a single or $1800 for two people sharing a room.

About your instructor: Traci has been cooking since age 10. She switched to a plant-based diet in 2007, and learned to cook all over again. In 2017, she completed the Plant-Based Professional course at Rouxbe.com online culinary school.
