About your instructor: Traci has been cooking since age 10. She switched to a plant-based diet in 2007, and learned to cook all over again. In 2017, she completed the Plant-Based Professional course at Rouxbe.com online culinary school.

We went on vacation to Lake Villa Guatemala to learn about plant-based cooking. We did that thanks to the kitchen wizardry of our thoughtful and engaging hosts, Traci and Mark. But we also did more – much more. We were swept away by the natural beauty of the Lake Atitlan area... we can’t say enough about the warmth of welcome we received from Traci and Mark. When it comes to relaxed hospitality, they set a very high bar.
